What is the recommended water depth of my in-pool ledge to keep the Costarondack from floating?

The short answer is 11 inches.  If the water depth is above 11 inches, the chair will start to float and become unsteady.  The good news is that our Costarondack looks just as fantastic around your pool as it does in your pool! How long will it take to receive my furniture?

Our normal processing time is two weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order but it can take up to eight weeks during times of higher demand.  We promise it’s worth the wait.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment made through our website may only be made using a valid credit card.  We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Will I be charged sales tax?

If you are located in the state of Texas, we are required to collect sales tax.

How will I know what’s going on with my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email at the time you complete your order.  Once your order is complete and has shipped, you will receive another email to notify you.  Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order at any time.

Nothing!  We are happy to offer free shipping within the United States.

How should I clean my Bask furniture?

We recommend spraying your Bask furniture down with a water hose. Yep, it’s that simple. For a more thorough cleaning, we recommend dish soap and water using a soft bristle scrub brush or cloth rag.

How much will I pay for standard shipping?

What Kind of Warranty do Bask Products Provide?

Bask Outside furniture carries a 3-Year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use.

What If I Need to Return My Bask Product?

If you’re not 100% relaxed in your Bask Outside furniture, we will be happy to take it back within 30 days of delivery and issue a refund minus the return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.  Please contact us at 830-249-8947 for return approval and instructions. This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from Bask Outside via phone or website. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
